Managing Director – Construction
Mr. Lee, joined the Group in 1989. He is responsible for overseeing planning & operating management for the construction operations and has over 30 years’ experience in construction, civil engineering and project management.

Mr. Chan Chor Tung
Director – Construction
Mr. Chan, joined the Group in 1990. He is responsible for overseeing planning, estimating, tendering and subletting and project management of construction field and has over 30 years’ experience in the building & civil engineering.

Mr. Wong Tak Keung, Edward
Commercial Director
Mr. Wong, joined the Group in 1992. He is responsible for overseeing the legal matters of our Group and has over 25 years’ experience in construction and property development in Mainland China.

Ir. Fung Kit Man
Construction Director
Ir. Fung, joined the Group in 2001. He is responsible for the overall management of projects in building construction division. He is a Member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and has over 26 years’ experience in the construction field.

Ir. Ho Wing Kee, Francis
Technical Director
Ir. Ho, joined the Group in 2000. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Structural Discipline, Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers and has over 27 years’ experience in building construction.

Mr. Au Man Kiu, Derek
Project Director
Mr. Au, joined the Group in 1990 and is one of our Project Directors. He is responsible for overall management of projects in civil engineering division. He is an Associate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and has over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering industry.

Mr. Yung Kim Man, Hilman
Project Director
Mr. Yung joined the Group in 1990 and is one of our Project Directors. He is a Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, Member of Institution of Highways & Transportation of UK, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Member of American Society of Civil Engineers and has over 26 years’ experience in construction management and civil engineering fields.

Mr. Kwok Chi Wah, Andrew
Project Director
Mr. Kwok, joined the Group in 1991 and is one of our Project Directors. He is responsible for overall monitoring and management of projects in building maintenance and property management. He is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Shenzhen Cost Engineer Association. He has over 22 years’ experience in building maintenance and property management industry.

Mr. Ho Su Cheng
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Ho, joined the Group in 1998 and is one of our Senior Project Managers. He is a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Construction Managers and the Chartered Institute of Building and has over 19 years’ experience in building construction & property development.

Mr. Lam Wai Ki, Davie
Senior Manager – Quantity Surveying
Mr. Lam, joined the Group in 1985 and is one of our Senior Managers in Quantity Surveying. He is responsible for overall monitoring and management of quantity surveying in building construction division. He is a Corporate Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveys and an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Building and has over 30 years’ experience in quantity surveying works.

Mr. Lee Kwok Leung, Alex
Deputy General Manager – Properties Division
Mr. Lee, joined the Group in 1999. He is responsible for contract, costing control management & Joint Venture project in Mainland China and has over 40 years’ experience in the construction field and property development.

Mr. Lee Yat Wah, Wallace
Senior Project Manager
Mr. Lee, joined the Group in 1991 and is one of our Senior Project Managers. He is a Member of American Society of Civil Engineers, Member of Australia Institution of Engineers, Australia Chartered Professional Engineers and Member of Chinese Institution of Engineers and has over 27 years’ experience in civil engineering works.

Ms. Lee Yeuk Lui, Rosa
Senior Financial Manager
Ms. Lee, joined the Group in 2007 and has over 16 years’ experience in accounting. She is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Certified Internal Auditor.

Mr. Shan, joined the Group in 2003. He is responsible for administration & human resources management division in Mainland China and has over 27 years’ experience in property development in Mainland China.

Mr. Szeto Chi Wing

Mr. Szeto, joined the Group in 1993 and is one of our Senior Managers in Quantity Surveying. He is responsible for overall monitoring and planning of quantity surveying in civil engineering division. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 25 years’ experience in the civil construction.

Mr. Tam, joined the Group in 1995. He is a Member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction field.

Mr. Tang Yuen Wah, Rity

Ms. Tang, joined the Group in 1995. She is an Associate Member of both the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in the United Kingdom and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. She has over 20 years’ experience in human resources management, administration and insurance matters and has experience in company secretarial.
