Registered Safety Officer

---

• Registered Safety Officer from Labour Department, RSA is preferred.
• At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in large scale construction projects.
• Higher Certificate or above in related disciplines.
• Holder of Safe Working Cycle and Safety Trainer Certificate issued by recognized institutions.
• Able to conduct site safety training, inspection and manage safety documents.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is essential.
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill self-motivated, initiative, hard-working and high level of integrity.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Safety Supervisor

• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Holder of First Aid certificate.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in construction safety supervision.
• Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill self-motivated, initiative, hard-working and high level of integrity.
• Green card and Driver's license (Type 1, 2) are required.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Senior Project Coordinator

• Holder of Higher Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building, Architecture, Building Surveying or other equivalent
• With 8 years of working experience in building or alternation work project for Senior Project Coordinator
• With 5 years of working experience in building or alternation work project for Project Coordinator
• With 2 years of working experience in building or alternation work project for Assistant Project Coordinator

Graduate Engineer/ Assistant Engineer & Engineer

• Graduate with Higher Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• 0 – 3 years’ relevant experience in building construction
• Design temporary works and prepare method statement
• Coordinate site activities
• Monitor site works and carry out site inspection
• Prepare reports and compile records
• Holding green card is required

Project Q.S. / Q.S.

---

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building discipline.
• Min. 10 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Applicants with less experience will be considered as Q.S.
• Good computer skill and self- independence.

Technician Apprentice

---

• Able to assist the site foreman or site engineer for co-ordinating the site work.
• Hard working.
• Training provided, need to join the Apprenticeship Scheme.
